At PE3D, we don’t make props.
We build purpose-driven training tools for people who train.
Everything we produce from training pistols and weighted magazines to safety barrels and battery vaults starts as a 3D CAD model. Using professional design software, we’re able to match critical dimensions with near-exact accuracy so the fit and handling feel right. But the real advantage is flexibility. If something needs to be adjusted, refined, or improved, we can do it quickly without starting from scratch. That means we’re constantly making our products better while keeping production consistent.
Once the design is locked in, we move to industrial 3D printing. With 15 production printers running, we manufacture at scale while maintaining tight dimensional control and repeatability.
Unlike traditional manufacturing that depends on molds and expensive tooling, additive manufacturing builds each product layer by layer. That gives us more control over strength, weight distribution, and internal structure.
Because of that process, we can design internal features that simply aren’t possible with conventional methods. We build in weight cavities, reinforced structures, controlled density zones, and other internal geometry from the start which results in stronger components and more realistic tools.
Customization is another major advantage. Since everything begins in CAD, we can adjust dimensions, tweak tolerances, or tailor designs to specific platforms without making new molds or having to rebuild tooling. That flexibility saves both time and money for the customer, allowing us to respond quickly to their needs. Traditional manufacturing says, “That’s the mold. Deal with it.”. We prefer, “Let’s make it better.”
Before any product is released to the public, it goes through in-house testing. Using our resident Battle Gnome and his crew of degenerates we push demo units hard — well beyond what would be considered normal training use. If it holds up, it moves forward. If it doesn’t, we redesign it. Simple as that. Nothing leaves our shop until it meets our standard.
Every product we manufacture is printed, inspected, and assembled right here in Georgia. We control the entire process from digital design to final assembly. No overseas shortcuts and no compromises.
We don’t build novelty items; we build serious training tools for people who take training seriously.
That’s the PE3D standard.
