Before You Buy
What kind of warranty comes with PE3D products?
All 3D‑printed training pistols, rifles, and related equipment include a one‑year warranty for the original purchaser. It covers defects in materials and workmanship.
What does the warranty not cover?
The warranty excludes damage from normal wear, abuse, improper maintenance, unauthorized repairs or modifications, use with non‑conforming parts, or commercial/assembly‑line use.

After You Receive Your Product
How should I care for my 3D‑printed PE3D products?
Keep them in a cool, dry place, avoid prolonged heat or direct sunlight, and minimize exposure to chemicals that may weaken plastics.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order immediately and contact info@pe3d.net so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.
Can I return an unused item?
Yes, as long as it’s within 30 days, unused, in its original packaging, and you have proof of purchase.

Made-to-Order Processing
All PE3D products are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.
During high-demand periods or for large orders, additional time may be required. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Returns & Refunds
Are custom or personalized items returnable?
Custom products, special orders, and personalized items cannot be returned.
Are sale items or gift cards eligible for return?
No. Sale items and gift cards are non‑returnable.
How do I start a return?
Email info@pe3d.net to request a return. Once approved, you’ll receive a return label and instructions. Items sent back without approval won’t be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, though bank processing times may vary. If 15 business days have passed since approval, contact info@pe3d.net for assistance.
