PE3D Shipping Policy

1. Made-to-Order Processing

  • All PE3D products are made-to-order. Please allow 5–10 business days for production before your order is shipped.

  • During high-demand periods or for large orders, additional time may be required. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Shipping Within the United States

We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

*Delivery times begin after production is complete, not from the date of order.

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on orders over $75.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • You can follow your shipment through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

4. Delays & Exceptions

  • PE3D is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or weather-related events.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Policy Updates

This shipping policy may be updated as needed to reflect changes in production or shipping practices. The “Last Updated” date above indicates the current version.
